What DotBinder is — and is not

DotBinder is independent software — not a government agency, and not affiliated with FMCSA or USDOT. We prepare your paperwork; you review and file it. Your compliance, your authority, your hands.

DotBinder keeps a carrier’s compliance paperwork current: DQ files, the deadline calendar, and each filing prepared complete. The software prepares; the carrier reviews and files. Nothing here submits anything to any agency on its own.

Your subscription

Billing is month-to-month. No setup fee, no contract, no term.

Cancel in two clicks. Your files leave with you — export them anytime, including the day you cancel.

Every price is posted on the pricing page before you pay it.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. That means Paddle is the seller on your receipt — and your card statement says Paddle, not DotBinder.

Cancel anytime; canceling stops every future charge. Refunds: any charge is refundable for 30 days from the day it was made — email jamie@getdotbinder.com and we make it right.

What we don’t promise

DotBinder does not guarantee the outcome of any audit, inspection, or filing. An honest binder shows what’s there — including the gaps.

DotBinder is not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice.

If we get something wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the problem.

DotBinder is independent software, operated by ChartMatch. Questions, cancellations, refunds: jamie@getdotbinder.com. A human answers.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Using DotBinder after that means the new terms apply.
